Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to own Marathon Health University’s learning tech stack, optimizing platforms, integrations, data, AI‑enabled tools, and the teammate experience.

You will lead enterprise learning technology projects from planning through rollout, coordinating with Organizational Development, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable learning outcomes and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the enterprise learning technology ecosystem.
• Manage core platform functionality: courses, pathways, academies, cohorts, assignments, certifications, assessments, user groups, permissions, and catalog.
• Maintain data integrity with SOPs, QA, and metadata management.
• Lead implementation projects from planning to optimization and adoption.
