The ideal candidate brings learning and development expertise, people leadership, program management, and learning technology experience, with a focus on AI and modern tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, learning operations, onboarding, or related.
• Experience leading enterprise learning programs and aligning learning with business needs.
• Knowledge of modern learning approaches, digital learning, AI, automation, and related tools.
• Strong program and stakeholder management, analytics, and ability to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marathon Health University learning ecosystem across onboarding, enterprise programs, functional learning, technology, and communications.
• Oversee learning portfolio, ensure programs are scalable, relevant, and easy to navigate from onboarding through development.
• Partner with leaders, SMEs, and owners to translate business needs into learning solutions; manage readiness and coordination.
• Drive adoption and reinforcement using modern learning approaches and AI-enabled tools.
• Define success metrics, produce insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Manage learning technology vendors and external partners to ensure quality and value.
