Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs and learning technology environments across multiple audiences or functions.
• Strong program/project management, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage Marathon Health University as a connected learning ecosystem across onboarding, enterprise programs, functional learning, technology, resources, and communications.
• Oversee learning portfolio and learner experience to ensure programs are relevant, scalable, and easy to navigate.
• Lead the learning technology ecosystem and prioritise learner experience, platform capabilities, governance, and adoption.
• Develop and execute communications, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives for learning campaigns.
