Job summary

Marathon Health University is seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to own and optimize our learning platforms, integrations, and data. You will ensure a seamless learner experience, configure courses, pathways, and catalogs, and partner with vendors and internal teams to implement enhancements.

You will lead IT-driven learning projects from planning through launch, manage timelines and risks, and develop analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms.
Experience with AI agents and AI-enabled workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the enterprise learning technology ecosystem, including platforms, configuration, integrations, data, testing, learner experience, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Lead learning technology implementation and enhancement initiatives from planning through launch, milestones, risks, and adoption.
Provide technical consultation on learning tools, content providers, and integrations; develop analytics and reporting.
Support learning content and user experience, including AI-enabled learning workflows and data-driven improvements.
