Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is a leading primary care provider delivering value-based care to employers and unions. We seek a Learning Ecosystem & Program Manager to unify onboarding, enterprise programs, and the learning technology stack across Marathon Health University.

The role combines learning and development expertise with program management and AI-enabled learning tools to create scalable, high-quality experiences for teammates, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field with 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, or related areas.
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs and learning technology environments across multiple audiences or functions.
• Strong knowledge of modern learning approaches and technologies, including digital learning, performance support, peer/social learning, generative AI, automation, and emerging learning tools.
• Strong program/project management, communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage Marathon Health University learning ecosystem end-to-end—from onboarding to enterprise programs and resources.
• Oversee the learning portfolio to ensure programs are coordinated, scalable, and easy to navigate.
• Lead enterprise learning programs and onboarding from planning through implementation and measurement.
