The role requires 5+ years administering enterprise learning platforms, strong project management, analytical thinking, and a learner-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of enterprise learning technology experience.
• Experience administering enterprise learning platforms and LMS
• Experience with AI-enabled learning workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the enterprise learning technology ecosystem.
• Manage courses, pathways, academies, cohorts, and the learning catalog.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end learning technology projects from planning to adoption.
• Develop learning reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
