Job summary

Marathon Health LLC is seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to own and optimize its learning ecosystem across platforms, data, and AI-enabled tools. You will lead implementation from planning through adoption, collaborating with Organizational Development and content providers to deliver a connected, accessible Marathon Health University experience for teammates.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of enterprise LMS experience, with hands-on 360Learning and MS 365

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms.
Hands-on 360Learning implementation and administration experience.
Experience with AI-enabled workflows and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the enterprise learning technology ecosystem.
Manage courses, pathways, academies, cohorts, assignments, certifications, and the learning catalog.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder readiness.
Coordinate cross-functional work to deliver against project goals.
Analyze data to improve learner experience and system performance.
