Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to own and optimize the company’s learning technology ecosystem. You will manage platforms, data, integrations, and AI-enabled tools to create an accessible Marathon Health University for teammates.

You’ll lead enterprise LMS initiatives, collaborate with Organizational Development and vendors, and deliver analytics that improve learning outcomes and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the enterprise learning technology ecosystem and drive optimization.
• Lead learning technology implementation projects from planning to adoption and optimization.
• Partner with Organizational Development and vendors to ensure integrated, accessible Marathon Health University experiences.
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure participation, completion, and learning impact.
