You will lead the development of curricula, collaborate with sponsors and SMEs, and ensure measurable business impact in a hybrid learning environment.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in instructional design, strong project management, and proficiency with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in adult learning and instructional design or similar discipline with 6+ years of experience; master’s with 4+ years; PhD with 2+ years.
• Six+ years’ experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development.
• Experience delivering learning for a hybrid environment using synchronous and asynchronous modalities.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Facilitating workshops with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and cognitive behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted learning advisor on effective, leading-edge learning solutions for the modern learner in a hybrid learning environment.
• Collaborate with senior managers and subject matter experts to translate business needs into learning specifications.
• End-to-end design, development and delivery of curriculum development plans and learning programs.
• Design and deliver innovative learning solutions using videos, eLearning, instructor-led content, job aids, guides and simulations.
• Apply design thinking to address business and user needs into measurable learning solutions.
• Define business and learner objectives, development priorities and implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent Development Team to design and develop learning products.
• Lead pilot programs and package for hand-off to stakeholders.
• Assess effectiveness and business impact through evaluation techniques.
• Oversee maintenance and retirement of learning solutions.
