Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training programs and cultivate a positive learning environment across the organization.

You will develop and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, create induction programs, and monitor progress, ensuring statutory training requirements are met while exploring new e-learning technologies. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Can present and facilitate a class discussion.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative; able to engage an audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies.
• Create and deliver training including curriculum, exams, and materials for enterprise endorsement.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs.
• Monitor trainees’ progress and provide feedback to managers.
