Cherry Bekaert’s Talent Optimization team seeks a Learning Programs Specialist to craft engaging learning experiences that drive employee growth and business success. You’ll partner with leaders and SMEs to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs, leveraging instructional design, project management, and learning tech to enhance development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing and coordinating learning programs or instructional content.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience applying ADDIE or similar instructional design models.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using learning management systems and learning technologies.
• Ability to analyze learning outcomes and make improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and align training solutions with organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and manage course project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate training sessions with instructors, stakeholders, and teams.
• Create and maintain learning assets across classroom, digital, video, audio formats.
• Administer and update LMS and learning technologies for accurate reporting.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Promote learning opportunities to drive participation and development.
