Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Consultant, Learning Business Partner to diagnose performance needs and influence learning strategy across programs. This role offers professional autonomy, tailoring solutions to context and risk using consultative skills and emerging AI tools.

Design and deploy end-to-end learning strategies—ILT, digital learning, reinforcement—while partnering with leaders to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design.
• Strong consulting skills and project management experience.
• Experience in virtual and in-person facilitation (Zoom/Teams).
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance needs and influence learning strategy for programs.
• Partner with leaders to shape learning scope, prioritization, and timing.
• Design end-to-end learning solutions using varied modalities.
• Support adoption and feedback loops for AI-enabled learning tools.
