Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner to diagnose performance gaps and tailor learning solutions that drive business outcomes. You will design, implement, and sustain effective performance solutions, including instructor‑led trainings and content creation.

The role requires partnering with leaders, leveraging digital tools, and aligning with adult learning principles. This position offers opportunity across programs with travel up to 10% and a 8:00–5:00 Central Time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting and project management skills.
• Experience facilitating virtual and in‑person sessions (Zoom/Teams).
• Healthcare or Life Sciences background preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Must work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and performance consultant to diagnose business needs and recommend learning solutions.
• Partner with program and operational leaders to influence learning strategy and timing.
• Exercise professional judgment to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity while focusing on outcomes.
• Provide consistent messaging across stakeholders while enabling flexible execution.
• Own end‑to‑end planning, design and deployment of learning strategies.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact, adjusting solutions as needed.
• Support adoption and feedback loops for new AI‑driven learning solutions.
