Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner to diagnose performance gaps and tailor learning solutions. You will apply consultative skills and emerging digital tools to design, implement, and sustain training content, including instructor‑led and digital formats.

You will partner with program leaders to align learning strategy with business goals, manage content creation, and support adoption of new AI-enabled learning solutions. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Project management experience is expected.
• Experience with virtual and in-person facilitation (Zoom/Teams).
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% and work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and performance consultant to programs by diagnosing needs and recommending solutions.
• Partner with leaders to influence learning strategy, scope, and timing.
• Guide decision-making and navigate ambiguity to achieve outcomes.
• Deliver end-to-end learning strategies using multiple modalities.
• Support change enablement and adoption of AI‑driven learning solutions.
