Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner to diagnose performance needs and influence learning strategy for business outcomes. The role applies consultative skills and emerging digital and AI-enabled tools to design, implement, and sustain effective performance solutions, including content creation and instructor‑led training.

The LBP role partners with leaders to deliver end‑to‑end learning strategies, diverse modalities, and change enablement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in instructional design preferred.
• Experience facilitating virtual and in-person sessions (Zoom/Teams).
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and performance consultant to assigned programs by diagnosing business needs and recommending learning solutions.
• Partner with program and operational leaders to influence learning strategy, scope and timing.
• Challenge assumptions and guide decision-making.
• Navigate ambiguity while focusing on outcomes.
• Provide consistent messaging across stakeholders.
