Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner to diagnose performance needs and shape learning strategy that drives business outcomes. You will design, implement, and sustain performance solutions, including instructor-led training and digital options, ensuring value for employees.

You will partner with leaders to align learning initiatives, manage content creation, and support adoption of new digital and AI-enabled learning tools across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to influence.
• Project management experience and track record of delivering on time.
• Experience facilitating virtual and in-person sessions, including Zoom/Teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and performance consultant to assigned programs by diagnosing business needs and recommending learning solutions.
• Partner with program and operational leaders to influence learning strategy, scope, prioritization, and timing.
• Exercise professional judgment to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity while focusing on outcomes.
• Provide consistent messaging across stakeholders while allowing execution flexibility.
• Own end-to-end planning, design and deployment of learning strategies across modalities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred

Strong consulting skills

Project management experience

Experience in virtual and in-person facilitation including facilitation via Zoom or Teams
