Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner (LBP) to diagnose performance gaps and tailor learning solutions aligned with business outcomes. The role blends consulting acumen with instructional design and emerging AI-enabled tools to design, implement, and sustain effective performance solutions.

The LBP provides instructor-led trainings, content creation, and manages the training process across programs. Hybrid and remote collaboration underpin daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in instructional design preferred.
• Experience in virtual and in-person facilitation including Zoom/Teams.
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance needs and influence learning strategy.
• Partner with leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Balance professional judgment with stakeholder input.
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving program conditions.
• Support adoption and feedback loops for new digital/AI-enabled learning solutions.
