The role blends consultative learning design with digital and AI‑enabled tools to deploy end‑to‑end learning programs and content creation that maximize value for employees.

The LBP operates with autonomy, collaborating with stakeholders to tailor solutions, while navigating program maturity and risk to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence learning strategy.
• Project management experience is required.
• Experience in instructional design and facilitation including virtual and in‑person.
• Travel up to 10% willingness, and ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and performance consultant to assigned programs by diagnosing business needs, clarifying desired outcomes, and recommending learning solutions.
• Partner with program and operational leaders to influence learning strategy, scope, prioritization, and timing.
• Own end‑to‑end planning, design and deployment of learning strategies across modalities.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact to improve outcomes.
• Support adoption and change enablement for new digital and AI‑driven learning solutions.
