Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Consultant, Learning Business Partner to diagnose performance needs and tailor learning strategy for business outcomes. You’ll design, implement, and sustain effective performance solutions using digital tools and instructor-led training.

You will partner with program leaders to influence learning scope, manage content creation, and support adoption of new AI-enabled learning solutions across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and project management experience.
• Experience in instructional design and facilitation (virtual/in-person).
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance needs and advise on learning solutions.
• Influence learning strategy with program leaders.
• Balance tradeoffs and guide decisions with professional judgment.
• Navigate ambiguity while delivering outcomes.
• Align messaging across stakeholders with execution flexibility.
• Plan and deploy end-to-end learning strategies across modalities.
• Create content and enablement materials to maximize value.
