Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner to diagnose performance needs and influence learning strategy for core programs. The role combines advisory expertise with hands-on design, development, and deployment of learning solutions tailored to program maturity and risk.

The LBP will apply instructional design and facilitation skills across instructor-led, digital, and reinforcement modalities while enabling adoption with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in instructional design and facilitation (Zoom/Teams).
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance needs and influence learning strategy for programs.
• Partner with program and operational leaders to shape learning scope and timing.
• Provide consultative guidance and challenge assumptions as needed.
• Plan, design and deploy learning strategies using instructor-led, digital and reinforcement modalities.
• Support adoption, messaging and feedback loops for new digital and AI-driven solutions.
