Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in adult learning design.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in virtual and in-person facilitation (Zoom/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business needs and propose learning solutions.
• Influence learning strategy, scope and prioritization.
• Challenge assumptions and guide decision-making.
• Support adoption of new digital and AI-enabled learning solutions.
