Job summary

Pansophic Learning is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the backend operations of the Learning Solutions Team. You will oversee the Learning Services and AMP Training departments, managing SIS/LMS activity, tracking staff trainings, and coordinating with Product & Technology.

You will also handle Google assets, documentation, staff licensure deadlines, invoicing, PTO calendars, and provide first‑tier support to teachers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding and ability to handle confidential information.
• Love for organization and details.
• High quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Proficiency with Google apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with Smartsheets, Forms and Dashboards (preferred).
• Experience with Canvas (preferred).
• Experience with PowerSchool (preferred).
• Experience with PowerBI (preferred).
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains the team’s Student Information System and Learning Management Systems for enrollment, staff trainings, and organizational structure.
• Acts as primary contact between Learning Solutions Team and Product & Technology for resource access and information sharing.
• Manages and maintains Google assets for the Team.
• Creates and maintains informational documents as needed.
• Manages staff licensure and background check expirations and deadlines.
• Oversees invoicing and billing for monthly services.
• Manages PTO calendar for LST staff and coordinates coverage with sub coordinators.
• Collaborates with other Program Managers on school launches, preservice and PD trainings, and data requests.
• Acts as first tier support for teachers regarding access to resources or assignments.
