Job summary

Pansophic Learning is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the backend operations of the Learning Solutions Team. You will oversee the Learning Services and AMP Training departments, managing SIS/LMS activity, tracking staff trainings, and coordinating with Product & Technology.

You will also handle Google assets, documentation, staff licensure deadlines, invoicing, PTO calendars, and provide first‑tier support to teachers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Canvas (preferred).
• Experience with PowerSchool (preferred).
• Experience with PowerBI (preferred).
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

Pansophic Learning is seeking a qualifiedProgram Manager dedicated to support the backend operations of the Learning Solutions Team.

As a Learning Solutions Team Program Manager, you will be supporting the operations for the Learning Services and AMP Training departments in the following areas:

• Manages and maintains the team’s Student Information System and Learning Management Systems for the purposes of teacher and student enrollment, and staff trainings, as well as overall organizational structure
• Acts as a primary point of contact between the Learning Solutions Team and Product & Technology for the purposes of requesting access to resources and the general sharing of information
• Manages and maintains Google assets, including google sites, for the Team
• Creates and maintains informational documents as needed
• Manages, maintains, and communicates the staff licensure and background check expiration dates and deadlines
• Manages invoicing and billing oversight for monthly services
• Manages the PTO calendar for LST staff and works with the sub coordinator to ensure adequate coverage
• Actively collaborates with other Program Managers and team members regarding school launch, Preservice and Professional Development trainings, and data requests
• Acts as first tier support for teachers when they have questions related to access to resources or assignments by accurately assessing their need and routing the request appropriately

About You

• General knowledge of how K-12 schools are organized and operate
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work well under pressure, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently
• Understanding and ability to manage confidential information

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation and benefits information below is accurate as of the date of this posting. The Company reserves the right to modify this information at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 – $65,000annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This is a bonus eligible position.
