Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks an LMS/KMS Administrator to manage daily operations of the organization’s Learning Management System and Knowledge Management System, ensuring deployment, configuration, and maintenance across the enterprise.

You will optimize user experience, integrate with related systems, design learning paths, monitor engagement, train users, and implement new features and security patches, contributing to a seamless digital learning environment for a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Strong LMS/KMS management, configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience designing learning paths and evaluating learning outcomes.
Ability to translate business needs into digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operation of LMS/KMS including deployment, user management, and system configuration.
Create and maintain learning paths for users across enterprise.
Ensure linkage between knowledge/document systems and generate reports on usage and engagement.
Respond to user issues via ticketing system and address patterns in trouble reports.
Assist with user training build and facilitation as needed.
Monitor, report on effectiveness and engagement, and audit for upgrades/patch schedules.
Maintain awareness of new LMS functions and propose improvements.
Participate in evaluating and implementing new learning and knowledge management technologies.
