Job summary

Pansophic Learning is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support backend operations for the Learning Solutions Team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves managing SIS/LMS for enrollment and staff trainings, interfacing with Product & Technology, and maintaining Google assets and documentation.

You will coordinate licensure deadlines, invoicing, PTO calendars, and collaborate with peers on school launches, preservice and PD trainings, and data requests. Background check required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of how K-12 schools are organized and operate
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps and Google Workspace
• Experience with Smartsheets, Forms, and Dashboards (preferred)
• Experience with learning management systems like Canvas (preferred)
• Experience with student information systems like PowerSchool (preferred)
• Experience with data analysis and systems like PowerBI (preferred)
• Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains the team’s Student Information System and Learning Management Systems for enrollment, staff trainings, and organizational structure
• Acts as a primary point of contact between the Learning Solutions Team and Product & Technology for resource access and information sharing
• Manages and maintains Google assets, including Google Sites
• Creates and maintains informational documents as needed
• Manages licensure and background check expiration dates and deadlines
• Manages invoicing and billing oversight for monthly services
• Manages the PTO calendar for LST staff and coordinates coverage
• Collaborates with other Program Managers on school launch, preservice and professional development trainings, and data requests
• Acts as first tier support for teachers for access to resources or assignments and routes requests appropriately
