Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Coordinator, Learning Operations to coordinate training activities and maintain the Learning Management System. You will work with regional partners and managers to ensure timely delivery of learning opportunities and accurate records.

Responsibilities include scheduling, enrollment management, LMS updates, QA, and providing timely communications. Strong multi-tasking and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school, or 2+ years in a professional education, customer service or talent development environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training activities/workshops; manage logistics and enrollment; provide registration/communications to registrants and management.
• Administer LMS day-to-day functions; create/update training activities; upload resources; perform QA and system audits.
• Manage help tickets and team inbox to support regional and office teams with learning needs.
• Share ideas constructively; keep supervisors informed of progress and issues.
• Address problems and issues to find practical business solutions.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
