Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the Learning Management System, post new content, and ensure accurate audience assignments. The role includes data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting LMS issues to optimize user experience and training delivery.

The incumbent will collaborate with teams to implement training policies, document processes, and maintain training records while supporting internal and external customers with high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of LMS administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software.
• Experience with e-Learning development tools is a plus.
• Proficient with webinar tools such as Teams.
• Working knowledge of Docebo is a plus.
• Experience using SCORM, SQL queries, HTML, CSS, and APIs is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in document management in multi-user environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem resolution and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow verbal/written instructions to perform complex tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team and deliver excellent internal/external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS day-to-day including implementation and content management.
• Analyze data and create insightful charts, graphs and pivot tables for reports.
• Prepare accurate reports for business owners.
• Troubleshoot LMS functionality issues and optimize processes.
• Recommend improvements to content management and workflows.
• Communicate technical needs to stakeholders clearly.
• Conduct regular training and check-ins with management.
• Possibly develop or update LMS training materials.
• Maintain training records and enroll learners in courses.
