Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational programs and training sessions.
• Manage new-hire training: materials, scheduling, logistics, and communication.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Support participants and instructors with learning-related questions.
• Administer learning platforms: user profiles, assets, reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting.
• Upload, organize, and maintain educational content.
• Create and distribute surveys and manage dashboards.
• Track multiple projects, schedules, resources, and priorities with accuracy.
