Job summary

Talent Groups seeks a detail-oriented Training & Learning Program Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of training and learning programs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, and learning platforms.

This role offers a Hybrid arrangement: three days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday) and two days remote, with occasional additional onsite meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning, educational programs, or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating training programs or educational sessions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with learning platforms, survey tools, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of training and learning programs.
• Coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, schedules, and learning platforms.
• Utilize learning platforms and survey tools to gather data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure program success.
