Job summary

Nike Beaverton, OR seeks an Operations Coordinator 1 to manage day-to-day operational tasks for learning programs. You will work within the Learning & Development Operations team, coordinating experiences, data, and communications to ensure high-quality learning delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or event coordination, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Workday Learning, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, and ServiceNow. Hybrid onsite schedule offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, event planning & coordination, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
• Confident using technology and communication tools, including Workday Learning, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, and ServiceNow
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Team player who builds & maintains trusted, productive working relationships with stakeholders & partners

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports delivery of learning experiences
• Coordinate event planning logistics, including room booking, catering requests, A/V needs, & room set up
• Collects, validates, and maintains content and participant data in Workday Learning
• Executes session communications to facilitators and participants through Campaign Monitor
• Maintains accurate program data in Airtable
• Monitors & responds to employee requests through ServiceNow
• Resolves routine administrative issues & escalates risks appropriately
• Supports finance and vendor administration activities, including invoicing & new purchase orders
