The position requires a Bachelor's degree and strong proficiency with LMS platforms, Google Suite, and data tracking. Hybrid work with in-office and remote days is offered, with clear emphasis on regulatory and internal certification standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Strategic familiarity with workforce immigration, recruitment lifecycle, and compliance auditing.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms, Google Suite, and data tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor LMS completion rates to ensure enterprise-wide training compliance.
• Track and report progress on Division Roadmaps for salary leaders and goals.
• Maintain tracking for culinary leaders and hourly associates to keep certifications current.
• Analyze orientation travel costs and audit results to optimize budgets.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify training gaps and align with strategic objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via user and manager feedback.
• Support immigration processes and work authorization sponsorship as needed.
• Identify and recommend new training tools and resources to boost productivity.
