Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a commercially minded growth strategy consultant with a track record of leading engagements and teams, managing senior client relationships, and turning customer insight into measurable revenue impact for high- tech clients. You will diagnose growth bottlenecks, shape leadership agendas, and drive revenue acceleration.

You will work behind the scenes on analysis and in front of clients to structure problems, align leadership, and deliver actionable strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning operations, training administration, program coordination, or event coordination.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end customer growth or commercial transformation engagement implementation, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Minimum of 6 years of commercial strategy experience and configuration expertise in customer growth strategy.
• External client-facing consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer growth strategy solutions that transform and augment clients’ impact and revenue growth.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production customer growth strategy solutions.
• Work with project teams and client stakeholders to create skilling and re-skilling offerings powered by insights and analytics.
• Develop strong client relationships and gain the trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for LearnVantage solutions to clients.
• Support and lead Accenture sales efforts related to skilling programs in academia and government.
• Travel of up to 5% may be required.
