Responsibilities

• Manage enrollments and attendance/completion in LMS.
• Track and maintain employee training records in system.
• Run regular and ad hoc reports from the system.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, rooms, catering, and resources.
• Coordinate trainers (internal and external).
• Prepare participant workbook materials and handouts.
