Job summary

Rectangle Health seeks a Learning & Development Manager, LMS & Product Training to design, deliver, and manage enterprise learning programs that enhance employee performance and product knowledge. You will own the LMS, oversee the full learning lifecycle, and build scalable product training for new hires and current staff.

Responsibilities include LMS administration, cross-functional training design, content governance, and measurement of learning outcomes to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or Training.
• 3+ years LMS administration.
• Experience with enterprise learning programs and product training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own LMS and manage user access, learning paths, certifications, assignments, completion tracking and reporting.
• Design, develop, and deliver product training programs across all departments.
• Create onboarding and ongoing product certification programs.
• Maintain product playbooks, job aids, learning guides and reference materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, HR, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success leaders.
• Measure training impact and deliver recurring reporting to leadership.
