Par Health is seeking a Senior Specialist for Learning Management Systems to own administration, data governance, and ongoing improvements across sites. You will partner with Quality, IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant training records and harmonized systems.

The role focuses on LMS configuration, validation, UAT, and reporting, with emphasis on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work arrangement and global scope are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Quality, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6–8 years supporting global or multi-site GxP training programs and processes.
• Minimum 6 years of ComplianceWire administration and validation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize LMS and training processes across multiple sites.
• Lead system validation, testing, UAT, and data governance tasks.
• Develop dashboards and metrics; support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Mentor team members and manage vendor relationships for the LMS.
