Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking a part-time Training Coordinator to support onboarding and ongoing training for Provider Solutions Sales, Customer Success, and Field Operations. You will manage training logistics, calendars, LMS enrollments, and materials while assisting learners and facilitators in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and proactive communication. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with roughly 15–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in training coordination, onboarding, education, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and virtual meeting tools.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong organization.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with initiative to support learning teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and manage logistics for training sessions (live and virtual).
• Maintain training calendar; assist with LMS enrollments and content organization.
• Prepare and distribute learning materials, decks, and session docs.
• Monitor participation, reminders, and follow up on completions.
• Assist with onboarding sessions and support new hires during onboarding.
• Track onboarding progress and report challenges or support needs.
• Maintain library of job aids, SOPs, and training materials.
• Format/update documentation for clarity and brand alignment.
• Track attendance and completion data; assist with surveys and reporting.
• Support department-wide training projects and administrative tasks.
