Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy and governance of our LMS and broader learning technology portfolio.

You will drive modernization, balance operational stewardship with innovation, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions. The role requires 6+ years in learning technology with management experience and familiarity with enterprise platforms like Cornerstone or Docebo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience in a related field.
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in enterprise LMS implementations or platform transformations.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the LMS and learning technology portfolio across the enterprise.
• Establish standards for a simple, accessible, and scalable learning experience.
• Lead or guide major learning technology transformations, including LMS evaluation, implementation, migration, and optimization.
