The role requires deep expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and a proven ability to coach others while managing multiple projects and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations.
• 5 years designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities including live online and in-person.
• 3 years facilitating virtually and in person to varying levels of audiences.
• Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-output environment with strong stakeholder credibility.
• Experience in organization leadership development and coaching.
• Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules and instructor-led training.
• Consult with stakeholders to align learning with strategy and objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments and determine learning objectives.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions and manage program logistics.
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects, guiding priorities and delivering results.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with the creative team.
• Stay current with instructional design trends and apply them to deliverables.
