Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Learning Experience Designer within Global Professional Services Talent Development. You will design, develop, implement and facilitate learning experiences and programs that enable员工成长 and contribute to company growth.

Partner with SMEs and project managers to define objectives, create impactful content across modalities, and measure impact on business outcomes. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and a passion for development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations.
• 5 years designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities (in-person and live online).
• 3 years facilitating virtually and in person to varying levels of audiences.
• Deep knowledge of leadership development, change theories, and learning assessment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to understand development needs and align on strategy.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and learning objectives.
• Design and develop instructional materials across e-learning modules, ILT, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Identify impact and measurement processes for learned programs.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainment of content.
• Mentor colleagues and work with the creative team on learning assets.
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects and deliver results.
• Stay current with instructional design trends and apply learnings.
