Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences for Global Professional Services, enabling employees to grow and contribute to company growth. You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to define objectives and create impactful programs.

The role covers multi-modal instruction, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and performance support tools, with a focus on leadership development and organizational change.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations.
• 5 years experience designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities.
• 3 years experience facilitating virtually and in person to varying levels of audiences.
• Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Executive presence and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business stakeholders to understand development needs and align on strategy and content.
• Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions and manage program setup and execution.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects and deliver results.
• Stay current with new instructional design trends and apply learnings to deliverables.
• Mentor and coach colleagues and collaborate with the creative team.
• Provide stakeholder updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
