Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer within Global Professional Services Talent Development to design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership development programs and learning experiences that scale with our growth. • 2 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations.
• 5 years designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities.
• 3 years facilitating virtually and in person to varying levels of audiences.
• Deep knowledge of leadership development, change theories, and learning assessment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business stakeholders to understand development needs and align content.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning modules and live training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Identify expected impact and measurement processes for learning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain learning assets and best practices aligned with goals.
• Mentor colleagues and work with the creative team on deliverables.
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects and ensure timely results.
• Stay current with instructional design trends and apply them to deliverables.
