Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations.
• 5 years designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities (high-touch in-person and live online).
• 3 years facilitating virtually and in person to varying audience levels.
• Deep knowledge of leadership development, change theories, learning models, instructional design and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business stakeholders to understand development needs and align on strategy and content.
• Design and develop instructional materials (e-learning, ILT, job aids, performance support).
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions; manage setup, sessions, and materials.
