Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer for Global Professional Services Talent Development to design, implement and facilitate learning experiences and programs that enable employees to grow, develop, and contribute to company growth.

The role partners with subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders to define objectives and create impactful learning experiences across modalities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience within large organizations.
• 5 years experience designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including high-touch face-to-face and live online using a variety of technologies
• 3 years experience facilitating virtually and in person to varying levels of audiences
• Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment - and a natural curiosity for leveraging leading-edge practices
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-output, and occasionally ambiguous environment
• Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in organization leadership development and coaching
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication, including presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences by consulting with stakeholders to understand needs and define objectives
• Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and learning objectives
• Create instructional materials such as e-learning modules, ILT, job aids, and performance support tools
• Use instructional design methodologies to develop engaging, effective training
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure relevance of content
• Identify impact and measurement processes with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainment of content
• Mentor and coach colleagues and emerging designers; work with the creative team
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects and delivery timelines
• Stay current with instructional design trends and apply learnings to deliverables
• Deliver and facilitate virtual and in-person sessions; manage program setup and sessions flow
• Manage attendance, breakout rooms, materials, and participant needs
• Ensure a consistent, professional learning experience; communicate updates to stakeholders
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement
