Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive training and development programs. You will align learning initiatives with product training methodologies and lead end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curricula, training delivery, and exams.

Additionally, you’ll deliver technical preparatory training, monitor trainee progress, and continuously improve learning opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field like education or training.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google apps.
• Ability to design, deliver and revise training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training & development programs aligned with product training.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs.
• Create curricula, trainings, and exams for general preparedness.
• Monitor trainee progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with the company Code of Conduct.
