Job summary

TaskUs in the United States is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies. You will create end-user, partner, and distributor training, deliver technical preparatory sessions, and drive continuous improvement across the learning organization.

The role requires up to 25% travel, 18+ age, a High School Diploma or GED (four-year degree preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Up to 25% travel required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
• Amend and revise programs to adapt to changing work environments.
• Act as content expert and maintain training documents and materials.
• Develop and create effective induction programs.
• Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and manager discussions.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and contribute to e-learning packages.
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
• Ensure trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
