Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training programs aligned with product training methodologies. You will develop end-user, partner, and distributor curricula, deliver exams, and drive technical readiness across the organization.

The role supports Tier 2 / Fleet Response Specialists and requires the ability to travel up to 25% and to Engage across teams. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a four-year degree in a related field;

• Capability to present and facilitate class discussions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product training.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training with curricula, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs and standards.
• Monitor trainee progress and adjust programs to organizational changes.
• Ensure training materials are current and compliant with company standards.
