Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Leader in Chandler, AZ to design and expand training programs that support our Tier 2 Fleet Response Specialists. You will deliver end-user and partner training, create curricula, and maintain training materials in alignment with enterprise needs.

The role requires up to 25% travel, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to facilitate class discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Monitor progress and continuously improve training programs across the organization.
