Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and coordinating learning programs, training initiatives, or instructional content.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience using learning management systems and learning technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and leaders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Design, develop, and manage course plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate training sessions with instructors and stakeholders.
• Create engaging learning assets across classroom, digital, video, and multimedia formats.
• Maintain course documentation and content repositories.
• Administer and update LMS and learning technologies.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Promote learning opportunities across the organization.
• Ensure programs meet design standards and best practices.
