TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader in Tempe to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs aligned with enterprise needs. You will create curricula, deliver end-user and partner training, and maintain learning materials while ensuring progress and compliance across the organization.

The role requires a background in education/training, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a dynamic, global team. Some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies.
• Deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams.
• Develop and revise training materials and induction programs.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to statutory training requirements.
