Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training programs aligned with product needs and enterprise onboarding. You will create end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams, and deliver technical preparatory sessions.

You will monitor progress, improve programs, and manage induction initiatives while aligning with enterprise needs and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Four-year college degree preferred in a related field like industrial or applied sciences.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• A problem solver and critical thinker.
• Follow well-defined methods, procedures, reports, forms, and competent aspects of the job.
• Can present and facilitate a class discussion.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box to motivate and engage an audience.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training programs aligned with product-specific methodologies.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements.
• Lead projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities.
• Maintain training documents and materials as content expert.
• Develop and implement induction programs.
• Monitor trainee progress and discuss outcomes with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning packages.
